Stayed here for six weeks a few years ago while working in the area.I have returned on holiday twice since. I cannot fault the hotel. Rooms are basic but clean. Staff very friendly and was on first name basis with most of them. Great location near bars and restaurants and the train station a 2 minute walk . If in Heilbronn I would highly recommend.

We stayed one night in Heilbronn in July 2011 and to our disappointment the hotel was undergoing a construvtion work,
with a lot of noise and dust everywhere.
When we complained about this we were moved one floor
upwards to stop the noise, well it didn´t much help. When I
asked if the price could be negotiated a bit lower they gave us
a discount coupon to a cafe or a bar.
The location is good, the old city is only a few hundred yards away.Parking in the backyard or underground is good, too.

Efficiency of personnel and space.
few employees but clean, efficient use of space.
Compact but still comfortable, clean and "fit" bathroom. The most important partwith exception of the bed, what is mostly not a problem.
No restaurant, but that is not what you expect from an Ibis
