Stayed for 5 days in a "cosy" single room (# 14) which was really efficient enough. A lot of wardrobe space and nice en-suite bathroom.
The best however is the central location near the Haupstrasse and the buffet breakfast.
I will certainly return.

Stayed here on a whim. A bit hard to find. Pleasant staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. Room includes breakfast and the breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again.

We stay at this hotel for two nights. It is quite difficult to book a triple room in Heidelberg with easy connection and close to the city center. When I booked it, the cost seems to be on the high side but it turns out that the value is well worth it.

It is a few stops by tram No. 21 from the train station, but less than 100 meters from the Bismarck Place. The hotel lobby is small and we have to go through a long corridor, which is decorated like a "small tunnel" to the back of the building. Our room is on the second floor by lift. The hotel is at the beginning of the pedestrian walk to the old town centre and to the Heidelberg Castle and the old bridge. There is also a supermarket nearby and we stock up our necessities there.

The room is spacious and nicely decorated with all the amenities. It is clean and the stay is very pleasant. Sleep quality is excellent.

The breakfast is really a big surprise since the hotel is rated 3 stars. Arguably, the breakfast quality is possibly the best that I had (except those in five star hotels) and the service is excellent, with attentive service. A big variety of bread, meat, fruit, ... to choose.

I shall definitely return if I visit Heidelberg again.
