Weekend trip to Heidelberg from England, Hotel is very clean, rooms are comfortable. On a bus route that runs every 20 minutes, a lovely walk into the town along the Neckar but is at least 35/45 mins
The owners are a delight, they are extremely helpful and accomodating - promoting the local area and asking questions without ever over stepping the mark.

Stayed overnight at this location. Room was bigger than the usual European accomodation. Very clean with a fan in the room: beds were nice and firm and the hotel supplies a fantastic breakfast on an outside terrasse or inside included in the price of the room. Very quiet area about a 30 minute walk to downtown Heidelberg ( or 10 minute drive ) and a 10 minute walk to several restaurants and bars in the area. Mrs Hoover even called ahead to this small restaurant to ensure we would have excellent service!
Breakfast was meat, fresh bread, cereals, fresh cheese, fruit, juices, etc.
All in all an excellent value for the money!

Nice little hotel, away from the tourist area. Very friendly service and close to the bus line. We stayed 3 nights and took the bus to old town Heidelberg everyday. Rooms are small but clean. If your doing the tourist thing your not going to be staying in the room very long anyway. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasent. Great view of the Neckor River.
