simple cheap well located hotel, problem is reception is closed from 20.00 to 7.00 so I couldnt either check in or out.. if I hadn't had the booking number I wouldn't have made it into the hotel room :(

I booked the hotel without reading the reviews. Then, I read the poor reviews on this hotel and found a different one. The next day, I cancelled via email. It's been 4 emails and 1 week. I haven't heard from the hotel that they actually viewed my cancellation email and cancelled. I even had my German friend translate it to make sure they understand that I want a cancellation acknowledgement from them so I won't be charged. DO NOT book directly from this hotel. Go through a 3rd party if you must stay there. There are a plenty of other hotels like this one with better reviews.

We told the hotel we would be arriving late. When my elderly parents and I got to the hotel we were locked out and no one answered our calls. We had to stay in another hotel and when I spoke with them the next day the desk associate told me it was there fault but he was told to charge us a no show fee anyway. Stay away from the Classic Inn!

Avoid this hotel!!! Unwelcoming owner of the hotel. Breakfast disgusting (the food was not fresh). Room quite expensive (you can find nice hotels in the center for better prices). Bathroom really tiny and smelly.
