Our room was clean and spacious, but the "queen" bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle that did not allow sleeping in the center. These beds are "very' firm and not particularly comfortable.
The air conditioning was so weak that we requested a fan. If it had not been provided, we would have left the hotel. The fan made it only marginally comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was very good and offered many selections, but beware the cost of $30.80 per person.
The hotel is in a good location for walking to the Old Town and to a good restaurant they recommended called Da Mario's (Italian)
The staff is very competent and efficient. Any requests were promptly attended to. Beware the cost of the personal Walking Tour they booked for us. It was $280.00 for 1 guide for 4 hours. We use private guides frequently in Europe and this is the most we ever paid.
I would recommend this hotel to a friend "if" they stayed there in cool weather and were not on a tight budget.
