First impressions are usually lasting and mine began with the silly room key that requires you to push to an exact level and then turn the door knob. Sometimes it works on the first try and others leave you standing in the hallway reentering the card and spinning the knob. Why not just use the standard card reader or a key?
The room itself is no more satisfying than any other medium-level business hotel room. You could be anywhere. But the breakfast is chaotic and substandard. The crossisant (I kid you not) is the size of your baby finger; meats, cheese, breads are mostly deli-level quality, and the staff can't clear the tables, replace the empty bowls and platters, and reset the room in a timely manner.
My room price was right with the inclusion of breakfast and wi-fi; but I would never pay for the breakfast, nor stay here without a discounted reservation.
