When arriving, the hotel is a bit difficult to access because it sits over a restaurant. You can either try the side door, but thats locked (although there is a doorbell) or you can walk into the restaurant with your bags and access the stairs/elevator up to the hotel. This isn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to have some explicit instructions from the hotel on what to do. But once you are checked in, your room key gives you access to the side door so you can avoid the restaurant.
The rooms are nice, clean, but a bit plain. The bathroom was awkward. It had the strangest shower doors I've ever seen. However, the room we had faced Munsterplatz and it was amazing! Open up the windows and you have full view of the town church (its huge!) along with the sights and smells of the daily farmers market.
Access to the trams is only a couple blocks away and the main train station is about a 10 minute walk.
