We stayed 5 nights.
PROS
1. very nice area. In a middle of grove, yet 10 minutes walk from city center.
2. very good breakfast
3. Free internet wireless in room
4. free parking
5. Minibar, hair dryer, safe (cost)
6. 80 Eur per night

CONS
1. No bath (only shower)
2. 14" TV
3. Elevator small and looks poor (3 floors)
4. friendly staff but most of then speak poor english
5. You get one key per room
you have to use the key to lock the room from inside as well as from outside
After midnight no staff and the key is using to open the hotel main door...

Excellent price and excellent hotel. It's 5 minutes walking distance from the Caracalla SPA and shopping center. It was very quiet and our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Our room was a non-smoking room. It was very clean. The TV only has 1 English speaking channel (CNN). We didn't care because we went to Baden Baden to enjoy the SPA and not to spend time in the room watching TV. The bed was comfortable, but we would have preferred a queen size mattress vs. 2 twins pushed together. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and varied (from eggs to potatoes, to fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, cold cuts, coffee. cappuccino, etc, etc). Parking was ample and free. Many golf courses in the area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a 10 min walk to the center which is not so bad however the hotel was very shabby. We got room 304/305 they both had balconys but there were cowebs and dust everywhere, the lamps did not work in one of the rooms.
Paid 149 euros or so for both rooms per night, which I think was too much for the dirty, dark and shabby rooms.
They hotel is listed as a 4 start but really does not seem to be one, more of a 2 star with 4 star pricing.

We left this hotel a credit card number to hold the reservation. My fiance and I had trouble with our flights leaving Algeria, so we called and cancelled our reservation. Apparently they decided to go ahead and charge us $2000. I have called several times to rectify the problem and the managers are not speaking to me and even hung up on me.
