We stayed here as a group of students on a skiing holiday, and I have to say this is one of the worst hotels I've ever had the displeasure of staying at on virtually all counts.
The rooms are small, with 4 beds crammed into each one. There's no personal space, no place to unpack your clothes. I lived out of my suitcase sleeping two feet from the dining table for a week.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear people very easily in the corridors and nearby rooms.
The amenities are virtually non-existent. You get sheets from the front desk if you are lucky enough to arrive when they bother to have the reception open, the towels cost 4 Euros, the laundry system is 9 Euros a time, there are no garbage bags. In fact, you have to take out your own trash, and they will fine the entire floor if anyone leaves their bags near elevators.
There is no cleaning service, and you are expected to clean up the room when you leave, on pain of losing your deposit. This explains why the cleanliness of the rooms is so unacceptable. If you didn't arrive in that magic window when they bother to man the front desk, you will enjoy sleeping on unidentified stains on mattresses.
The staff are rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They have numerous draconian rules that could leave you with a 55 Euro fine if you walk in the wrong place with ski boots, or end up out on the street in the middle of the night.
There is no internet access, free or otherwise.
And then to cap it all off, this place isn't that cheap either.
Seriously, you'd have to be a masochist to want to stay here.
