had 2 small bath towel..... not really good for my hair's girl friend...

Stayed overnight here and was perfect due to the hotel being right next to the train station and the shopping mall/supermarket just across the road. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the bathroom was very dated and you had to manouevre yourself in the bath/shower with a hand held nozzle only (no screen or curtain) so that you didnt drench the entire bathroom. The towels were old and thin but I suppose that matched the tired bathroom!

Overall, for short term accommodation, convenience to station, this was a budget hotel at a budget price - Cant complain too much!

the hotel is very basic- cheap towels and paint falling off in the bathroom. All of this I would leave go as the location is very good in that it is near a shopping centre and train station; and it is a 2 star so I didnt expect much.

however the staff WERE SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL! Anything i asked for was a hsassle and their attitude was very bad..it made the stay unpleasant

This hotel was okay -- my room was basic but seemed very clean. Bathroom was clean and in good order. As you'd expect at this price-point, not very exciting, but did the job. The location (right next to Part Dieu train station/shopping centre) was very convenient. Despite the central location, my room was also nice and quiet.

The staff seemed quite efficient and there were no glitches with checkin/checkout.

For a nice breakfast alternative, turn right out of the hotel and walk along the road, past the train station, keeping it on your right. After about 150m, there are a couple of patisseries that are good for breakfast. Also across the road there's a massive shopping centre with a huge supermarket and several other food choices.
