This hotel was for us a proof that it is possible for a family of 2 adults and a child 7 years old to stay in an apartment of 2 rooms, with well equiped kitchen, good air conditioning independent for each room, very nice bathroom and an underground garage with only 81 euro/day!!! After the experience we had with a very tiny underground garage of a hotel on French Riviera, the Citea underground garage seemed huge! I think it can accomodate even minibuses inside! Plenty room to turn, no need for ultrasound parking aids!
The biggest surprise was the free WiFi internet with a band that I tested over 6 Mb/sec inside the room!
Very friendly staff! Late admission possible by code provided with the email confirmation of the reservation.
Clean hotel, quite new furniture, LCD TV, plenty of room to have 3 beds, a desk for your laptop, a table to eat... No bad smells of an old building, no rude aristhocratic atitude sold with enormous price!
All those in a hotel in large French city! So it is possible! So there is a wind of change!

“Super Citea”
The Citea Lyon is a quiet, safe and clean hotel. It is good value for your money. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. It is in a busy neighbourhood with bars, restaurants, and a supermarket neighby and has easy access to Centre Ville via bus and tram. This hotel is located approximately 3 km from both Gare Perrache and Gare Part Dieu which link to TGV/Charles de Gaulle. We felt very safe in this busy neighbourhood and would certainly stay there again.
