I stayed here for 3 nights and i think it offer a great location and provide a good rail connection to other towns as well.
My room was like half of studio, so the size is right for single person.
The hotel is clean and my room has been cleaned daily, very kind staff as well.
However, they don't speak much of english, only french.
I will recommend to book this hotel through online or hotel email as they can offer very good , bargaining rate.
However, one thing i don't like is that the reception seems not knowing much about France, transportation or place to eat etc....
Other than that, i will consider to come back.

This hotel is generally a good value. The apartments are well apportioned, functional, but not stylish. It is well located, very close to the metro and has a Monoprix nearby for groceries. My main problem was with the noise level from the street. I don't know whether this was due to the fact that my room faced the street or whether it occurs throughout the property. The traffic noise was quite strident, as was the noise from a nearby bar, park and passerbys. Additionally, the lack of wifi is a minus.

- Great location: 2 stations from Vieux lyon / residential area full of shops and with a little "village" feeling. And quiet.
- Great room: I have a 1/2p studio (n°407) and it was perfect (it's the size of a hotel room, not a studio).
- Very clean.
- Staff ok (french way.... )
- Prices are amazingly low if you book via email on their website. (60 euros / night!!)

it's really a great place, I'd say the perfec place to stay in Lyon if you want to be independant and with a low budget .Perfect.
