First of all, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Both the gentleman during the evening who greeted us and the lady in the morning who helped us checking-out. The service was near 4~5 star level. Not easy to find hotels with such nice people around like here.
The room was very spacious, the car park was very secure and spacious too.
Toilet's very big. It might actually be bigger than the bedroom.
You get pretty much everything you need in the room including new hairdryer, soap, shampoo, bath gel, towels, air conditioner, fridge with minibar, big TV, etc..
The access to the reception from car park is easy and convenient.
Hotel is quite easy to find as long as you get the street name right.

The only negative was the noise in the morning but it wasn't hotel's fault as it was happening just cross the street.
The excellent service from staff makes this hotel special.

Took the Rhone Express from Airport to Lyon, approx 20 minute walk to hotel -route v easy to follow. Staff v nice & friendly. Did not have breakfast, too expensive. Supermarket, few restaurants & cafes very close by. A further 20 minute walk to 'touristy' area for lots more cafe, bars & restaurants. People in Lyon have litte english but are very eager to please you. Difficult to get a breakfast, have to wait until 11ish until the kiosk's and sandwich bars open selling their baguettes. Lunch is late and restaurants only open about 7.30pm each evening. Beware, nothing opens in Lyon on a Sunday, so avoid.
V nice relaxing city, not loads to see but nice to take it all in casually. Shopping area is very good. Nice parks where you can relax & read. Lyon train station a good hub to travel further, although Alps is about a 3 hr trip each way. Thoroughly enjoyed, v easy to get from city to town centre using new Rhone Express service, can get metro then around town or walk.

Stayed here a week for a meeting in another location, and found the hotel to be welcoming and pleasant, and really helpful. Nice breakfast and wonderful, fast, free WiFi. Recommended

We stayed here for two nights. The first was pre-booked and was excellent value at 80 euros, reasonable size and facing street. We decided to return after our short trip to Switzerland. Only room available was a duplex outwith the main hotel, with downstairs living space with kitchen, and upstairs bedroom with shower. It was twice the price, more space than we needed for our brief stop, but would be excellent as a base for a few days, and therefore good value. Car parking was secure and reasonable at 12 euros per night. We didn't have breakfast on either morning, so can't comment.
Overall, I think this hotel represents good value for money, particularly having checked out a couple of others nearby before our second night, neither of which came close. Rooms have minor blemishes, but no real issues. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, including recommending a couple of good restaurants nearby. Hotel is located in a quiet street, in a nice, authentic area, with good individual shops yet only a 10 minute walk over the river to the bustling city centre.
