Clean hotel great value, helpful staff and great locatio. Am going to sleep on a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend

I really wanted to be in the old city in Lyon, so it took a while to decide whether I really want to go to this hotel, because I was with friends and have to make the decision. The hotel is perfectly situated at the Quai of the Saon river: ask for a superior room with riverview. Not a luxe hotel, but just go here for the location and the price. I went by car, and I could even park my car. Everything is at walking distance: you should do a "traboules" walking tour: I never even knew this excisted!

The best feature of this hotel is its location, near Vieux Lyon, which is reachable on foot, 5 minutes-walk.
The rooms are very nice, our room had a big fireplace (not functioning), which was a nice feature. The hotel itself is nicely decorated and the breakfast room is interesting.
The walls are a bit thin, and one can hear other people flushing their toilets in their rooms:(

Apart from that, a very good value for money and a great location!

Great small hotel right on the Soane River - Only 37 rooms - ours was enormous with windows that actually opened.
