This is pretty basic accommodation. On arrival we were not too sure if we had made the right decision but, on balance, at the end we concluded that it was reasonable value.
A little out of the centre (and consequently cheaper than the central Citadines), but this does not really matter because of the excellent tram service. The appartments are not luxurous and indeed they could reasonably be described as a bit grubby. The pull out double bed is only just adequate. However our flat was reasonably spacious, a mezzanine floor in the appartment making it less claustrophobic, and the kitchen is adequate to cook a simple hot meal. The staff although somewhat elusive were very helpful when consulted about buses, places to eat on a Bank Holiday (not much open)
In short, fine if you intend to spend much of the time away from the appartment and are happy with 'student appartment' standard of accommodation at a price to match.
