This hotel is located close to the Gare (Station), not the Historic Center of Grenoble. We stayed here many years ago and it looks like it was completely renovated. It had a very nice spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. Their breakfast was fantastic and the Croissants were Fantastique. I have been to Grenoble at least 8 times times and I think this room was the best one we ever had in Grenoble. As we were visiting family, we only had breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very helpful (not like the norm in France).

This is a better-than-average business hotel, located in the World Trade Center near the Grenoble train station. My room was adequate in size, quite clean, and had a comfortable king bed. The bar and onsite restaurant are similarly convenient, and the food is satisfactory. There is also a small business center and fitness room (1 each treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike). The rooms were made up daily, the climate control was good, and the location is convenient for tram, bus, or train connections. Overall good value in a business hotel, plus there are many fine restaurants within easy walking distance. I plan to make this my regular hotel whenever I am in Grenoble.

Good location with convenient location close to Minatec, STMicroelectronics and other important locations. Convenient parking in garage beneath the hotel, albeit somewhat hard to find.
Good but pricy (15EUR) breakfast buffet. Unadvertised gym on 1st floor.
