Having just stayed in Hilton hotels for two weeks, I am not very impressed with this hotel. It is nice and clean and OK, but the rooms are tiny. There is not even room for somewhere to put my suitcase - it is currently on the very small round table in the room, as there is no room to just leave it on the floor. The Hilton rooms were more than twice the size of this room and they were about £25 cheaper per night. I do not think I will be back, but I will stay the week. Breakfast is OK, but when I pay more than 140 Euros a night, I do not expect Ikea furniture and cups in the room. Parking is as bad as described by other travellers - if you drive a very small car, its hard to park, and id you drive anything bigger and wider than a Citroen C3, Peugeot 203 you will have a problem. So to sum up - OK hotel, but NOT good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located in close proximity of the old part of the city with good access to Grenoble's tram. The on-site restaurant is not very good unfortunately. At the arrival we wanted something light, the vegetable soup was not a soup at all. Additionally the private apartments above the hotel (hotel is located in 5 out of 10 stories of the building) generated very loud noises late in the night. Fortunately it happened only once, but still was a major disruption. It's a pity since the hotel was otherwise nice with a parking space and helpful staff.

This was a great place to stay if meeting at the conference center. It's equal distance from downtown and the train station and the center. The rate is very reasonable and the rooms spacious and modern and comfortable. The restaurant was fine and they had some good wines. The breakfast was great but a bit expensive.
