We recently returned from a week in REsidence Sno we booked through Crystal and can honestly say it was the worst ski accommodation we have ever stayed in and the most expensive. It looks cheap on the websites but actually for us turned out really quite expensive. Also if like us you haven't heard much about Courchevel before be prepared it is thhe most expensive resort in the Alps. We spent the first night sleeping in our clothes because the room was cold and with a 15month old baby this meant staying awake most of the night to keep him warm. Sno is reached by walking across the only 24hr garage forecourt in the resort and is situated right above two drive in jetwashes. The garage is always busy meaning you have to negotiate loads of cars and the icy main roads to get out and in.
The rooms are dated, draughty, the heating was either insufficient or not wprking at all for one night. We booked with another couple and both rooms were the same with faulty lights, tv, cooking appliances and noisy plumbing. The keyholder for the place who works at the Hotel Olympic was dismissive of our complaints, rude and arrogant. Overall absolutely diabolical place and we are now seeking a refund and compensation from Crystal for ruining our ski trip with this shoddy accommodation.
