A good location near the centre of town. The carpark was full when we arrived so we parked on the street on a metre. Bedrooms were small and clean but the bathroom wasn’t so clean. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly which resulted in the shower not draining. When I lifted the plug up it was covered in hair. Not great! The free WIFI worked well in public areas but in the room. Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English.

Handy for being by the ring Road and you do not have to drive into Town. Parking is 2 Minutes to unload your car or pay and display. Also public car park near or Hotel UDERGROUND hotel cur park 8 Euro per day this is very tight for big cars (ours a Citroen C4 Grand)
We had a Disable friendly room. The “wet room “overflowed all over the bathroom. The edge of the wet area and the bottom of the wall was brown !


The boiled egg cooker ! I left my egg in for 5 minutes and the white was still very runny
The scramble eggs had a funny taste to it.

We would use the hotel again if we stayed in Annecy as it was only about 5 minuets walk into the old town with its restaurants and was good, and good service

Dirty was the first room they gave us, but we couldn't stay in!!! So after reclamation they said they will send a cleaner but when we came back they gave us an other room. The junior suite we booked was in fact a 3 beds room with a very small bathroom.... Nothing like the other 3 stars hotel where we staid in.
In the new room two plug didn't work and internet was really slow !!!! And the room was just a bit cleaner than the first one.
NB: Do not use the kettles because I think they never change it since the opening day !!!

I wish I had read the other reviews sooner!! Most of them echo my experience. On arrival to this hotel the man on reception was so rude he nearly had my Mother in tears. I am English my Mother is German but she speaks reasonable French and made an effort to ask questions in French. He replied in very quick and arrogant French and really upset my Mother, He also hinted in a rude way that we were Lesbians....(she is clearly my Mother!!) now I wonder, why does this man work there after the bad comments aready written? Will my words make a difference? Maybe he should read this and consider how rude he is and get help.
Now I would love to say that apart from him it was a lovely experience but the room was filfthy!! It was functional so I will give it a generous 2 out of 5 but the toilet smelt of urine when we walked in the room. The twin beds were so badly placed you had to move them to open the balcony door and in doing so there was a thick layer of dust on the floor. The windows were very dusty too!!! The balcony only fits one person on it.
The bar served ok drinks but it was about over half an hour before a bartender realised we were waiting and although we tipped him he wasn't thankful or friendly.
There was only one friendly member of staff I noticed and he was trying to chat me up!
Although that said the restauraunt was good and the waitress was efficient.
We basically picked this hotel because it had parking. Although it wrongly stated on booking. com that you didn't have to pre-arrange it. The rude guy on reception said there were no spaces needed as you had to pre-arrange it- luckily we found one.

If this hotel had Friendly staff on the reception desk then people would be happier. If he doesn't like his job he should move on and do something else. People deserve a better experience and he killed our whole Annecy experience which is a shame because it's a beautiful place.
