This is a hotel that tries hard to please on some levels, and succeeds beautifully, and then fails miserably in others. Some staff were very helpful and friendly while others were curt and rude.

The room was very comfortable and the location in the forest was relaxing. I especially like the calm/massage - type music around the pools. The restaurant had very nice food and incredible service and view with a very lengthy wine book. However, the wine I chose wasn't good at all and the cheese plate was the same cheese from breakfast (pricey).

While I was enjoying my last morning there, a man knocked on my door and opened it without hesitation. Of course, this was not expected or wanted - thankfully they provide bathrobes. He then proceed to ask if he could wash the windows. I had just called the front desk to ask the check out time so they had less than 3 hours to wait for me to exit the room. He offered no apology and the response from the front desk was simply: 'ok.' Not knowing who else would be entering my room ruined my relaxing morning and I left early.

The Spa is very small dry sauna and a small heated pool with massage rooms downstairs and a pool outside with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The view is stunning, the location is convenient if you don't mind a 20 minute brisk walk (with steep portions) into town but this is worth it to be in the trees.

Stayed at the Les Tresoms Hotel with my husband and while the hotel was clean, it was noisy and the rooms were tiny. We had a voucher which we had got as a wedding present and clearly even though the hotel was empty they didn't do themselves any favours with the small room we got. A lot of renovation was going on in the grounds of the hotel and the noise was terrible. Breakfast was ok quite a good choice but overall having stayed in hotels all over Europe this is one I wouldn't be going back to. There are nicer hotels in Annecy.

We stayed for one night - wonderful views - other guests told us the restaurant was brilliant - lovely small pool. We had a problem with our first room and they upgraded us immedialey. All the bathrooms ahve been recently up grded. small but lovely pool. Breakfast was good.
Annecy is a gorgeous spot.

My family and I stayed for 4 days this July wanting to explore the Alps in the summer.

The hotel is perched above the lake with stunning views. There is a fair amount of parking however it can get very busy, in particular with weddings, which can mean a walk to the car. Its location out of Annecy itself wasn't a problem for us but wouldn't be a comfortable walk.

We got 2 rooms with 'forest views' at the top of the hotel (level 3) - only 4 rooms up there. It was annoying that the lift only took us to level 2 which left us dragging out heavy suitcases up a narrow set of stairs. The lift itself is also very small and dated and could use a revamp. Contrary to others reviews our view wasn't entirely of the car park, although it wasn't of the lake at all and nothing to write home about.

Breakfast was wonderful! We sat outside overlooking the modern pool and spa layout and lake. Freshly squeezed orange juice is on offer aswell as cooked eggs/sausages, freshly baked bread, cereal etc. (Though you would expect it for 16 euros per person).

We ate in the cheaper of the two restaurants the 'family' orientated one twice and the food was pretty good. It was however quite overpriced, especially drinks where a simple soft drink cost the same as a class of wine and a smoothie/milkshake - all these at 6 euros.

Service was smooth, staff very friendly and it is worth asking for a fan as the rooms don't have air conditioning but the fan really helps and they have a few to give out!
