I picked this hotel as it was the closest 4 star to the rugby stadium. The first room we were allocated had broken air conditioning and the window was screwed shut. The bathroom was dirty and the room stank of cigarettes - screwing a no smoking sign on the door isn't enough! The second room wasn't much better. The window opened a crack, but there was no knob on the aircon box, so it couldn't be turned on. 3rd room was OK. Aircon worked - but was noisy (by this time I was about to give up). Two windows of which one opened wide.

The bar was possibly the most soul-less place I have been. The breakfast was spartan. In its favour, the hotel was very quiet. There is a facility to delay check-out without charge. This was great for a late afternoon flight.

Staff spoke very good English.

I wonder if anyone in charge for this chain of hotels has ever been there!!?? It was dirty, filthy and a complete shame for holiday inn hotels! We booked it on line just trusting its name but it was nothing but loss of money and temper! Poor breakfast, horrible room. I would never go there or recommend it even to my worst enemy!!! We paid for the internet in our room 25 euros as in the lobby, which is for free, there is only one p/c! It is nothing but a zero star hotel! Do not stay there!!!!

Only stayed the one night but that was quite enough. Room was a decent size but the carpets were stained and the bathroom needed a really good clean. Needs to be brought up to date - furnishings look dated and frankly tatty especially in the corridors to the rooms. Service ok, very quick and efficient check in and out. Awful breakfast - just not good enough for the money.

The hotel is not very big, but quite comfortable. It's a standard hotel with standard facilities
