Hotel is situated directly on the same square with the Train station, just go left 150 metres.
Room is standart for this hotel chain, but we problems with warm water all the evening: actually we didn't have hot water. At morning everything was well! TV has some international channells on different languages. You can take free wi-fi password on receiption, but there's limit in 200MB/day - so don't watch TV online!
View from our room was very good: hotel stays on the hill, and from our 6th floor we had view to the city and small piece of see.
Breakfast is from 4 am to 10 am that is good if you have to leave early. Restoraunt for dinner is open from 7pm., but waiter didn't speak English (and we don't speak French), so he had to call his collegue from the bar. They also didn't have some items from menu. So probaly it's better to find restoraunt in the city, Vieux Port for example.
Check-in check-out was very fast and simple.

This is the best hotel with the perfect location if you don't want to struggle with your luggage down the daunting steps from St Charles station.

Very comfortable rooms and most importantly, I met the best receptionist Olivier, ever. He speaks fluent English, serves with a genuine smile, is attentive and goes all his way to assist!

This hotel is right beside the train station, which is very handy for arrival and departure, but a bit of a walk to the Old Port area. Despite train stations usually being unpleasant areas, this was fine with a visible police presence. The staff in the Ibis are very pleasant and helpful. Our room and bathroom were small, but clean and functional. The bar does not serve alcohol after a certain time, which is not clear from the website. You can purchase non-alcoholic drinks and snacks all night, though. The food in the restaurant is okay but there are much nicer places to eat in the Old Port. There is a computer with free internet in the lobby, which is useful.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, lovely clean rooms beautiful food and would defo come again.
