We were upgraded, and we had a very pleasant room and a very spacious bathroom with a great Italian shower...
The only negative point is that it was a bit hard to find the hotel in the town...

Room Tip: Ask the rooms which are renovated!

Dear Sir/Madam,
We thank you for your time taken to leave a comment on our property.
We are pleased to hear that you had a nice stay with us : concerning the upgrading, we do it with pleasure whenever it is possible.
It is true that we are located in the historical center of the town, and that there are many one-way streets... It has its advantages and its inconvenients... So, do not hesitate to call us if you have some difficulties finding us. If you are travelling with a GPS/Navigator, you have to enter the address "2 rue Victor Hugo, 84100 Orange" and it will lead you directly to the street where the hotel is located.
We thank you again for your positive comment on our hotel and look forward to welcoming you soon again.

I am very pleased with the quality and services offered by this hotel. I'll certainly consider it whenever my route brings me to Orange and recommend it to all my friends and relatives. Thanks to all the staff of this beautiful and charming hotel.
