We recently stayed here May 20- 22 for 2 nights. I stayed here several years ago when I did a cycling trip in Provence and purposely chose to return. Hotels in Gordes can be quite expensive and parking can be a hassle but neither of those problems exist with Mas de la Senancole.

This hotel is located on the road to Gordes and is only about 10 minutes away by car. There is ample free parking and it is very quiet. Our room was 130 euros a night (there are cheaper rooms if you don't want a terrace) and it was clean and furnished well enough for us. It was not super luxurious but it had a minibar, outdoor terrace and very efficient A/C. It was perfectly fine for me and I can be very picky about rooms.

One of the best things about this hotel is their pool. It could be a pool at a 4 or 5 star hotel, and really does look like it appears on their website. Their charming breakfast room looks out onto the pool and there is a lavish breakfast buffet there every morning. We highly recommend it.

I think this place is a great deal and definitely will return.

We had an overnight stop at this hotel, although listed as Gordes, which is a really attractive Procence village perched on a hilltop, the hotel is a good 2 - 3 miles from Gordes in a place called Les Imberts where there is nothing at all to see or do. We found the hotel rather clinical, lacking in atmosphere. Although there was nothing particularly wrong with it, nor was there anything particularly good. A little expensive for what is offered.
