We had fled to here after staying one night in the Mas du Loriot, just up the street, and much too provincial for us. We were so lucky there were rooms! It was lovely. First we stayed in an apartment one night, a hue room with a balcony lined with real grass and a tree growing out! The other nights were La Cigale, a bit smaller but charming. But the VIEW is phenomenal, the service was wonderful. and the FOOD! The restaurant was the most inventive, exciting meal we had the entire trip, and we ate at many Michelin-rated places. The staff was excellent. Overall, a wonderful place, just as top-notch in Provence as Villa Gallici in Aix.
