We arrived at the hotel after a week in a mobile home in Frejus. I cannot express the pleasure of slipping between crisp cotton sheets into one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in France. It was bliss! We stayed in Room 4 which was large with 2 double beds and a single. The room was well equipped with a fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities and a large clean bathroom with a good shower. The air conditioning was effective and very welcome when returning in the heat of the day. We heard no noise from the road outside and we had a wonderful two night stay which certainly recharged our batteries for the long journey back through France. Our daughter made good use of the swimming pool. Tom and Ruth were fabulous hosts and we enjoyed our breakfast very much, one served inside and one outside on the terrace in the sunshine. The hotel is situated outside of the town on Vence but as we had our car this wasn't an issue and there is ample free parking. We enjoyed Vence very much and found plenty of nice restaurants to eat in. We would certainly recommend you stay here if you are in the area. You will not be disappointed.

After a long drive we arrived to a warm and friendly welcome, and a cuppa 'on the house'. This is not a 5 star hotel - it is a 3 chimney Logis where people matter. Nothing was too much for our hosts to organise, suggest or generally help with.
Their recommendations were spot on. The place was spotless. The breakfast was great. Having a car is an advantage. Try them - you wont be disappointed.

We had booked our room without checking the location, so we were worried about the distance into town, as we were dependent on public transport. Tom and Ruth were incredibly helpful in making our stay in Vence so successful. They provided lifts into town, showed us a beautiful walking route (with streetlights) and suggested an evening meal at the local Tennis Club. The airport bus stops outside, as well as a local bus.
Our simple Provencal room had a fridge and air conditioning, and our tea/ coffee tray was an welcome extra. I don't understand the comments about cleanliness, our room was spotless and the shower was great.

Owners were incredibly helpfull. You need a car to stay in this hotel due to location.
