This hotel warrants all the praises on these reviews. Great location, super staff, wonderful food, however a small word of warning, do not stay in Room 2. Its above the old laundry room or something and it gets unbearably hot at night. When we pointed this out they did apologise but made no effort to compensate for a very uncomfortable night's sleep but it was worth it as the whole place is a joy. As an aside, do not under any circumstance be tempted to eat at 'Club 55' on the beach. It was our second visit there as we thought we would give it another chance after the appaling meal we had there in July. Well, it was even worse, the qaulity of the food is abysmal and the staff are miserable and clearly unhappy,which make the colassal prices they charge for less than averge food feel much worse.

What a find ! Superb old charm hotel with genuinely friendly professional staff (so rare in France...the friendly bit). We initially couldn't find the hotel so we phoned reception, who said to describe where we were...which we did...they then sent someone out to find us and drove the car to the hotel for us !...and the service got better !. The location is incredible as is the quality of the food. If you an American interested in size of rooms and beds above quality then you will be dissapointed !..St Tropez is incredibly stylish as is the hotel (but not in a snobbish way) ..do try and dress accordingly if you can....oh yeah...and there is no lift (elavator) just a beautiful old 18th century stone staircase that curves around the place....if you are staying on a Sunday morning then be aware that the church bells start peeling every 15 minutes from 08:00...which is rather quant or a pain [--] depending on how hung-over you are ! You can also play or watch boule on the piste in one of the beautiful little squares. Its also a shoppers paradise with designer clothes shops in abundunce....do not drive a large car there as the roads are very narrow and steep and parking is a nightmare. The Yuca will take your car away and park it for you...one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in Europe.

My friend Michael and I stayed at La Yacca last summer for 6 days and found it to be everything we had heard it was. Small and intimate, hidden away but at the same time right in the middle of everything; walking distance to all the best restaurants, clubs, the boats, and shops. The concierge was amazing, and the pool and small bar everything you could dream of in paradise. The room was on the third floor, but we didn't mind the walk up. The views were of the sea and of the town. Decorated in antiques, with great taste and an amazing huge bathroom. It was also a 15 minute taxi ride to Cinquante Cinq and Voile Rouge. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates a hotel that is a "jewel". Can't wait to go back.

Le Yacá is the most charm Hotel that I now ! I love the property, your
garden & pool , and his beautifull stairs ! I have an Hotel Boutique in
Punta del Este (the sister City of St.Tropez) and when I order the
building, I said to my Architect....look Le Yacá stairs ! I like a house
around this stairs!! Are absolutely magnificents!...like the Hotel !
