Nice hotel, near 100 years old.. Comfortable new beds

I stayed at this charming hotel last week. A very small and nice hotel with new Swedish owners dedicated to make every guest feel comfortable. The rooms are basic, but very clean and with new super comfortable beds. The breakfast is served either inside or on the terrace or in the little cosy garden in the shadows of the trees. The owners are there to help you with any information or assistance you might need such as info about the region and St Raphael or just a ride to the trainstation nearby. A super hotel for those who are looking for the personal family hotel.

Nice and friendly atmosphere and a lovely old house, allmost 100 years old, with new owners from Sweden who really makes you feel welcome and are very serviceminded.

We are staying 3 nights at du Soleil, leaving tomorrow. It is a charming old house, transformed to hotel in the mid 80's, with a lot of charm and patina. The rooms are OK, with a definite plus for the beds, they are new and you sleep really well.

The hotel was taken over by the Swedish couple Lena and Ben in June 2010 and they have already made the place really welcoming and hospitable, It is a small place and you really feel at home and well taken care of, quite different from what you might experience at the Riviera. Being Swedish and quite particular, we must also give an extra plus for the coffee, "pure Arabica" according to Ben!
