First of all the address is wrong. You need to go around the block to find the new entrance.
Taxi drivers are not aware.
When you finally arrive, there is one thing you notice straight away: it looks really old and there is "something" wrong with this place.
The greeting is OK and the room key is given.
When you enter the room, again, it looks old. It's extremely hot in the room (as it is outside).
That's when you realise that there is no Air Con! There is no TV either but that's not why we're here anyway.
We have a 16 month old kid and the first night has been a pure NIGHTMARE:
Put to bed at 9pm, took us 1 hour to make him sleep. He then woke up again and we ended up walking in St Raphael between 1am and 3am to have some fresh air and get him to sleep.
When asked about rooms with air con the next day, the answer provided by the manager was: this is not a 5 star hotel!
Food is "ok" but don't expect anything more than "low cost" style.
By the way, be on time. Slots are 45 min long but after 15 min everything is gone.
There is obviously a conflict between the manager and the employees and you feel it.

When talking to local activity providers, no one ever heard positive comments about this place.
