“Unforgettable stay”

We spent 9 beautiful days and nights in this nice hotel in July this year. It is really excellent combination of “price and quality”. We had a chance to stay in 2 different rooms without and with the sea view. I would say both rooms were really nice. Of course, the terrace in a room with the sea view was the place where we spent most of the time while in the room. The hotel is recently renovated. The staff was very helpful and polite. In addition, the location of the hotel is very convenient. So, there are only “pluses” and no “minuses”… Enjoy!

Room Tip: I guess it was room 101...

“Lovely Hotel in Roquebrune”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2011

My sister & I stayed in this lovely blue sea themed hotel for a week. It was ever so low key and chic. We had a beautiful view of the Mediterranean and slept to the sound of waves. I loved the modern, Jean Cocteau sensibility and the management even had a fruit basket delivered to us one night. The staff were friendly and you could have a nightcap whenever you returned. We loved the special amenities: modern bath with heated towel rack, lighted closet rod when you opened the closet, comfortable and spacious balcony with table, flat screen with BBC, WIFI,etc. The bus is across the street to Menton in case you want to check out the cathedral or Cocteau Musee. This is a relaxed, stylish, unpretentious place to stay. The French friends were visiting were most impressed and will now recommend this to visitors!

Room Tip: I would opt for the sea view/balcony without doubt-you spend time outside in this fabulous area.

“Don't be fooled by the ugly building”

Hotel Victoria is located on the first floor of a rathet ugly apartment building. Once you enter the lobby you will realize that it's been completely refurbished and that a great job was done. The lobby is not big but very nice. The good breakfats is served either in the lobby or outside. We loved the room: it was not big, but it was done from an architect that knows how to design hotel rooms. Everything was located where it should be, conveniently positioned and with a nice design. The good size bathroom was also well designed: beautiful and functional with a nice shower. Good value for money, definitely recommended.

“Fantastic room, friendly staff & wonderful balcony with sea view”

The room was wonderful, with a brilliant sea view balcony. The staff were really friendly and spoke good english which was really helpful. The area itself is really pretty, but there isn't tons to do in roquebrune. The local train runs quickly to Monaco, Nice, etc, just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Hotel provided free wifi & also has quite a few foreign channels, BBC 1 & 2.

Thoroughly recommend if you plan on staying in roquebrune.

“A lovely modern hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 5 September 2011

This hotel was lovely. It has been completely refurbished & modernised. It is on 2 floors only and is in great modern colours. They chose a great designer.
The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The en-suite was very nice and the balcony was big, with 2 lovely armchairs & a table. The only thing which was a bit annoying was the traffic noise when we were on the balcony as its a busy road (which we were a lot as it was July), but on shutting the doors, there was no noise.
There is a choice of 3 different types of breakfast which was a great idea - in your room, fast or buffet, all at different prices. We found the food at breakfast to be lovely and fresh.
The reception staff were extremely helpful at all times.
As other people have mentioned parking I will too. Our car was too big to get into their car park (family saloon) and we therefore had to find spaces in the streets opposite. This was free and we always found a space, but we would prefer a car park at the hotel.
