I stayed in Azurea from 30.12.2010-2.1.2011. The agency we were travelling with, booked it. First of all that hotel does not deserve 3*. Rooms are very small and not clean at all. When we first came in, the room had this damp smell and we had to open the balcony for 20 min every day, to make it bearable. Our friends' room was a mess when they first came in. The beds were unmade as if someone was using it. The beds were cozy, but the quilt was so old and full of stains, that my boyfriend refused to use it, it ended up in the closet. The sheats were not chaged during our visit. The balcony door was old and poorly isolated, so the room was cold and we had to turn the a/c up to 27°c to get it warm. There were also a safe, a tv and refrigerator in our room. We didn't use the safe so I can't review it. But the refrigerator was small and ours was also leaking and didn't work so we didn't use it. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was clean, but there was mold in the corners. Some towels were old and were tearing apart. We had to get our chip fixed every day, because once we left the room we could not open it again. The staff does not speak english, but the receptionist was nice. They serve continental breakfast, which was good. We were very dissappoined the last night of our stay, because there were people shouting and running on our floor in the middle of the night and the staff didn't even bother to stop them. So overall, the only plus I can find is the location. It's near train station and 15 min away from center and beach, although it is not a street I would be willing to walk alone in the evening. I would only recommend this hotel to people who are on tight budget, don't expect too much and are prepared for some surprises.
