My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of an 8 week holiday through Europe, UK and Ireland. We chose this hotel based on price, location and also reviews from Trip Advisor.
We travelled to Nice by train and arrived at Nice Ville train station. We had excellent directions on how to get to the hotel, which was about a 10-15 minute walk, and was not too much of an issue even with our suitcases etc. The hotel actually has two entrances, there is a building entrance on the street and then inside a small foyer is the entrance to the hotel. The hotel has a small number of rooms, with a general breakfast area and also a lovely outside garden area. The room was of a good standard, although our room was slightly small but certainly adequate for our needs and very comfortable with a very new and modern bathroom. Free Wifi access was available, reception in our room was somewhat limited however I was easily able to use the breakfast area at any time of the day where there was a strong signal.
We decided not have breakfast in the hotel, and the staff were able to direct us to a nearby bakery that was 5-10 mins away, and so each morning we would go and get our breakfast things and then sit in the park opposite the hotel and have a leisurely and relaxing breakfast. On at least one occasion we sat outside in the hotel’s garden area with drinks and snacks and found that very relaxing.
The staff were very helpful and happy to provide advice on local attractions. The hotel itself is in a good location, there is a laundry nearby, the nearby bakery, and only a short walk to the central parts of Nice as well as the main promenade.
In summary I would certainly consider staying there again.
