Nice, clean, cheap hotel, perfect for exploring Nice old and new town areas, it is a bit dated, bathroom is small but it was clean and well
Maintained.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and always accommodating, we have been here 5 times and will always return in the future, it is perfect for our short breaks in Nice, I would recommend it to anyone.

Great hotel, good breakfast, a little bit old but very clean

I recently stayed here for 3 nights with my friend. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to communicate well in English. Computer was available for us to google sights to see in Nice and surrounding area. Wi-fi connection did not appear to work on my iphone though. Room of good size. Bathroom new and clean. Decor in room slightly outdated but it gives an authentic feel.
Location is just perfect : many transport links (trains, trams, buses, taxis), restaurants, harbour, sea / promenande. Also easy routes to Monaco and Cannes for any day trips.
I intend to visit Nice again in the summer and will more than likely be staying in this hotel again.

Stayed for 2 nights in October. Hotel was about 10 - 15 minute walk from train station and very close to the old city - which was great to wander through and the beach. The room was more than adequate and the bathroom had been renovated. The window of our room opened which was nice to get some fresh air. Any noise from the street was blocked out when they were closed as they were double glazed. The hotel had a lift. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful- most of them spoke English which made things easier for us. We had breakfast which consisted of cereals, yoghurts croissants etc and was very good. We took the train to Antibes and Monte Carlo from here too.
