The hotel, though a distance from the train station, is easy to locate. You come out of the station, turn to your left and walk about 200m to the Avenue Jean Medecin. Just outside the station, pop in to the Tourisme office and collect your maps or brochures. At the Avenue Jean Medecin, turn to your right and walk along the foothpath next to the tramline. You will first pass the KFC shop and as you continue walking will pass the Notre Dame cathedral on your right. Walk for about 600m until you see Galeries Lafeyette. Turn to your left, do not pass Galeries Lafeyette. The hotel is 100m ahead on the right of the road.
This hotel is near the bus transport to many places. Bus 98 to airport, bus 22 to the Cimiez area, bus 100 to Monaco and take tram to Garibaldi or walk there for your trip to the Eze village. It is also near the Promenade des Anglais, cours saleya and the parc de la Colline du Chateau. Shopping - hop out of hotel to the Galleries Lafeyette and hop back to rest. Very convenient.
Wifi signal is strong and this hotel has an elevator. No need to carry your bags up the stairs. You can order breakfast if you want (we had ours at 7 am, on request). The staff speak English and are very pleasant and helpful. The bathroom is big and not cramped.
We would come back again to this hotel.
Room Tip: I got room at 2nd floor - no disturbance and very quiet.
