After staying there for 3 nights, I found that this hotel is located in the great location!
It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, old town, transportation.

The price is reasonable. I lived in the 8th floor. So, when I got up in the morning, I saw the beautiful scenery. it was the great time!

In the room, they provide a kettle, tea, coffee and you can ask a hair dryer from the counter.

They also provide free wifi, but you need to ask a new password every 24 hr. It is better than nothing ;)

To me, I think it is a good place to stay in Nice.

For the breakfast, I always skipped that and found something to eat in the old town where you can get a lot of choices.

Rooms have A/C but are very small. With most of the space taken by the beds, there is barely enough space to move around. The beds were made and the towels were changed everyday, but otherwise the room was not cleaned for the entire week we stayed there.

Daytime staff were very friendly and helpful, not so much the night time guys who said they don't even have ice, when we requested some.

Hotel location is good: next to the Place Garibaldi and the Old Town. Route of bus 98 (which goes to/from the Airport) is close by.

There is also free wi-fi.

The hotel is very clean, Rooms have air conditioning, with very confortable beds, and the bathrooms have very powerful showers.
Rooms look clean and fresh with neutral colours, although they are small.
The location is good just 5 minutes walk from Garibaldi Square and Old Nice
and 10 minutes walk from the port whatr is handy in case you are travelling to Corseca.
I would definetely stay there again

This hotel is right next to the Vieux Nice, around the corner from Place Garibaldi. Excellent location. You can walk right into the old city and to the beach or you can hop on the tram which is right around the corner from the hotel and go anywhere that takes you.
The hotel itself isn't flashy or fancy, but gives you all the basics. Clean! Great view from our room. They even squeezed in a bathtub into our tiny bathroom!
The one thing I was annoyed with is that they give you free wifi, but you have to get a new code for it every 24 hour period.
Otherwise, a bargain hotel if you don't require any luxuries! The desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and helpful as well. I'd definitely stay there again if their rates remain so good!
