This hotel is quiet well located, personnel is helpful and correct, rooms have enough space and everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
The only problem for me is that our room was FULL OF DOG'S HAIR and places like a microwave and partly shower are not 100% clean.
Though, with the shower i can deal by rinsing it, but animal's hair that were sticking to all our clothes - this is sthg disgusting.

Clean and modern apartment-style rooms in good central location. If you have to work and use their internet make sure you ask for an ethernet cable (or bring your own) given the wireless is spotty. The price wasn't the greatest, but if you want a bit larger apartment style room with a kitchenette then the extra cost might be worth it. As for all the negative comments on parking, it is definitely a unique garage but if you are a moderately competent driver in a reasonably sized car you shouldn't have any problems.

We stayed at the Goldstar which we booked at hotels.com for less than $200...much cheaper than going directly to the hotel website. It had a king size bed (even though said queen on both websites) and two twins in the "living" area with a kitchen table and two chairs. Plus there was a small kitchenette! and a hallway entrance to the water closet so people could use the restroom while someone else was taking a shower. It's a close walk down to the water but far enough to not be noisy at night. Cab fare to the airport the next day (which they arranged for us) was about 20 euros, or approx. $27 U.S. We were leaving early so didn't want to mess with bus/trains. If we go back to Nice I will definitely stay in Goldstar next time!!

We just spent 5 days at this hotel with our 2 kids who are 20 and 22 and still like to holiday with mum and dad! We had a suite which was fully functional for our requirements. We did not eat breakfast in the hotel dining room because 20 euro a person is more than extreme, and with a wonderful patisserie a couple of blocks from the hotel, a mini Carrefour, a dining room table and kitchenette, we had our own little room service going on! Towels were soft and lush (a previous review addressed the fact that they were thin so obviously the hotel management reads traveler's comments). there is a kettle in the kitchen, saucepan, frying pan, small mugs and glasses, side plates, large plates, cereal bowels, bottle opener, chopping board but no chopping knife - enough utensils for 4 people and a dishwasher. Bring/buy your own supplies as you get a few starter items such as 2 dish tablets and a couple of coffee sachets, etc. Bathroom is big with separate toilet and bidet, lots of products.
