I would not stay in this hotel again. The location is good near the centre and the beaches. The staff had indifferent attitude, not very helpful, the rooms are not so clean and are badly smelling, the bathroom was good, the best thing of the whole hotel. The breakfast was poor in quantity and quality, wifi not for free and the hotel has not its own parking.
The price is not high but this hotel deserve not more than 2 stars.

6 of us stayed here for two nights as a rest between Paris and Florence. It was a decent hotel, nothing superb about it and nothing terrible either. Our room was larger than the one we had in Paris, but the walls had quite a few scuff marks on them and the carpets were rather dirty. We liked the size of the bathroom, but didn't like the lack of a standup shower. The bed was comfortable and the closet space was good. The location of the hotel was decent. We were a five minute walk from the train station, which was helpful because we had a 5:50am train to catch to get to Florence! It was also a short walk to the beach. I don't know if I would stay here again, but it is a good place if you are going to be in Nice for a short time.

I loved this quaint hotel!!! We booked online in a rush at the end of the trip. Did no research. We had stayed at a previous hotel, a little more modernized, but I liked this one better. It has a lift like the one in Audrey Hepburn's "Charade" and I just felt it had far more ambiance than the other hotel. I wish we had time to stay there more days. My friend and I felt it's location was perfect. A few block from the train station, the tram and the bus to the airport. Not too far from the Promenade des Anglais. Although we had to take a cab because of the early hour. I believe it was family owned, met the husband and wife, who were so patient with my meager attempts at French. The son, Pascal, a writer, was most helpful. He made all the arrangements for the cab for us. One of his books will be coming out in English pretty soon, I plan to read it.
The bedroom was nice and roomy, the bathroom was nice. The carpet needed cleaning, but that is the only improvement I would suggest. I want to stay there again.

Don't book this hotel!

Rooms are dirty and very noisy. The carpets are from a couple of decades ago and never cleaned. The rooms smells dirty and the bed..one advise don't remove the sheets or you will not be able to sleep because of the dirtyness you see.

Personel in the hotel are rude and don't know what hospitality means!..so just if you were thinking to book this hotel, just book another one or a hostal nearby. I am sure that it can be worse then this hotel.
