The reception staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They were extremely unprofessional. They ruined my trip. I would definitely advise travellers to avoid this hotel.

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The price too expensive for the type of accomadation we had. This is supposed to be a three star but i would not give it One star. The moment you complain about being robbed the next day you find you have no clean towels. The room had a window which overlooked a wall and was a very dark room with no sunlight. It had a deep crack in one of the walls, and the walls were also dirty. You could hear the room next door talking and moving around. The wardrobe was falling apart. Underneath the bed it was dirty.

I went to Nice for a girly weekend with my best friend, who booked this hotel as part of a deal with our flights. The room was adequate, however in both the bedroom and bathroom, the ceiling was partially broken in the corners and had suspected damp. The bedroom however had a wonderfully big window that let in a lot of light, and being away from the key pedestrian and transport areas, I had no problem getting a good night's sleep.

We did however, encounter problems when returning back to our hotel after a night out - at 3am on the Saturday night the 24-hour reception was closed! We rang the bell and tried phoning the hotel to let us in, but to no avail. The next day, we complained that we were locked out but reception insisted that they man the desk 24-hrs a day. The next day the same thing happened - this time we had a French friend with us, who persistently rang the bell and finally managed to get the attention of a receptionist and open up. Incredibly annoying and unsafe, especially for female travellers.
