This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were more than helpful and even changed us to another room when our tv broke down. The breakfast is to a good standard and the packed lunch is a welcome extra. There is also a kettle and tea/coffee in the room, unusual in France.

The location is convenient for the station and you can get the 99 bus from the airport. It is about 15 mins walk to the old town or the beach.

We have just returned from this hotel and had an excellent stay. All was excellent; service, breakfast, free packed lunch, welcome drink, tea/coffee in room, clean, welcoming. Room a little small but this is the norm for value hotels in Nice. Whilst the location is not beautiful, it is so handy for the train station and quite close to a tram stop. Would definitely return and would recommend to others. :-)

Though our room was very small for 3 beds, it was clean with big bathroom. Staff was very cooperative. Hotel needs a help dedicated to Buffet Breakfast service in morning. Hotel is walking distance from Rail station, sea, shopping area, restaurants. Hotel is good for people looking for economical stay.

Cons: Rooms are extremely small (typical Japanese Hotel), staff are just okay - depending on who serves you.

Do not come with high expectations as the breakfast and pack lunch are good for budget travelers. Spread is limited and quality is definitely not there. Agree with some travelers that it is not a good idea to eat the packed sandwich.

Plus: there is an extra door that keeps the noise out (lift lobby) so we managed to rest well.

Location of this hotel is ideal if you make daily trips to Monaco and Cannes, else it is advisable to stay along beach front.

Will only recommend this to budget travelers who is looking for fuss free stay. Couldn't rate more than 2.5* for this hotel.
