I stayed at this hotel at Single room on 2-nd floor for 2 nights ,place itself is quite close to all Nice sightseeing and the beach,but my particular room did not had a fridge,tea/coffee pot or AC Unit, breakfast also was a bit lame( coffee,croisant with butter and jam,that's all)
,but You can not expect too much from Europe 3 star Hotels. Room was clean,with Big drawer and quite comfy bed,as I mentioned it had not have ACU but I had floor fan instead.
Bathroom was clean,my room had only shower though but very tide and nice.

After reading the other reviews I was expecting the worst but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are lovely and spacious with high ceilings and massive windows opening out onto a balcony. This hotel won't win any awards for facilites or decor but it was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The reception desk is manned 24hrs a day. A very good location 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk in the other direction to the centre. I would stay again.

1. location very good, close to everything
2. clean
3. quit for me anyway
4. the stuff was ok, i didn t ask them to much, but they were freindly
5. for 45 euro a night for 2 persons was more than u can ask, hard to think that u can find something better than this, considering location and everything else
6. 24 hours reception
7. big room with a view to the front
8.internet was only in the reception but we had the room close to reception so we had internet sometimes
9. not to impresive was the tv, small and only cnn in english
i will recommend this hotel 100 %. have an nice stay in Nissa a great place to visit

Pro's - Receptionist was very pleasant, near train station, nice balcony.

Con's - no tea/coffee facilities, not very comfortable, covers were a bit grubby, no shower curtain so after 2 showers, the bathroom was flooded, towels provided were small and old.

Just about ok for a stopover, nothing longer than 1-2 nights!
