After reading the other reviews I was expecting the worst but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are lovely and spacious with high ceilings and massive windows opening out onto a balcony. This hotel won't win any awards for facilites or decor but it was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. The reception desk is manned 24hrs a day. A very good location 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk in the other direction to the centre. I would stay again.

4. the stuff was ok, i didn t ask them to much, but they were freindly
5. for 45 euro a night for 2 persons was more than u can ask, hard to think that u can find something better than this, considering location and everything else

8.internet was only in the reception but we had the room close to reception so we had internet sometimes
9. not to impresive was the tv, small and only cnn in english
i will recommend this hotel 100 %. have an nice stay in Nissa a great place to visit

Pro's - Receptionist was very pleasant, near train station, nice balcony.

Con's - no tea/coffee facilities, not very comfortable, covers were a bit grubby, no shower curtain so after 2 showers, the bathroom was flooded, towels provided were small and old.

Just about ok for a stopover, nothing longer than 1-2 nights!

Arrived in Nice with no accommodation due to the financial collapse of our booking agent. We eventually ended up here as it was one of the few habitable places with a vacancy.

My main gripe with this place is that there is no way it's 3 stars, I would compare it to a dated hostel with private rooms. A two star IBIS hotel would be considered luxury alongside this place and cost less in most instances.

The final straw was our neighbor banging on the paper thin wall for us to turn down the TV, we left the following morning and moved to the Best Western West End, a world of luxury compared to this place.
