Not far from the airport, this hotel is very trendy, clean, and at the level of any expectencies. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Not far from the city, you have access to the buses or taxis very quickly. The room itself had a view on the beach. However it was a little bit too small from what we expected. The staff was very friendly and did not charge us for staying one hour longer than we have been supposed to.

Overall pleasant stay. We stayed one night because of an early flight the next morning and it worked out perfectly. Located just across from the airport and a 5 minute taxi to center of town. Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is walking distance to the Nice Cote de Azur airport and is clean but basic. Does have a restaurant, with ok service nothing special. Free wifi is a plus. Adjacent to Parc Phoenix a nice 2 euro fee park/zoo/botanic garden area. The buses 9 and 10 are cloe and take you into the old city which is great. Ok value, about a 1.5 km walk to the beach made of stones but lovely nonetheless.

The hotel is clean and the lobby is professional looking. The menu in the restaurant is pretty limited, but an excellent buffet dinner is available in the hotel next (on the left) to it. The maid service is erratic: one day did not even pick up the trash or placed any new coffee. The free wi-fi is very basic and you need new passwords each day. Also you cannot connect two devices (iPhone & iPad for example) at the same time.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which can be considered good or bad depending on your reason for stay. The sight seeing tour bus as well as buses to other cities and the main train station are available from Terminal One. The promenade is right across the Hotel. However being far away from the main town, there is not much to do in the evenings. One definitely bad thing about the hotel is that there is always a group of prostitutes hanging around in the next block!!
