Stayed in this hotel with my husband on a trip to nice, we didn't like it very much. started at the reception, the staff were not too friendly, they were dismissive and and did not attend to our questions well particularly when we wanted to know about the best places to visit, the young lady just handed us a map and went on with her work. The rooms are just about average, the size is okay slightly bigger than a lot of hotels in the region. My other problem with this hotel is the carpet in the rooms, its old, musty and doesn't smell too good, the bathroom is also not well taken care of and has some rusty decaying parts. noise easily filters in from the corridors and windows and if you like your sleep in the morning then too bad, you are very likely going to be awoken by noise from within the hotel or as in the case while we were there construction work just outside. There is however an area to relax on the rooftop which for me is the attraction of this hotel , plus its proximity to shopping centers and the promenade. However without a serious upgrade and sound proofing of the doors and windows, more friendly reception staff, i wouldn't come back to this hotel.
Room Tip: stay away from the elevators and choose a room higher up to reduce the noise
