Stayed here for two nights with a large group of students. The hotel is not located in the best area of Nice (many sex shops etc.), but it is very close to the train station and in (a long) walking distance to the old city and the beach (10-15 min). It is also possible to take the tram, the stop is only 50 meters away. The room was clean, we even had a balcony and with the windows closed, the room was quiet. It was provided free wifi, and the staff was friendly. I forgot my cellphone charger inside the room, and although someone already had checked into the room, the staff was able to find the charger inside the room and return it to me!

Although I was satisfied about the stay, I will probably check out other hotels when returning to Nice. I prefer to stay closer to the old city and the beach, and I think this was too far away. You can also check out my review of Hotel de Verdun which has a better location (in my opinion). But if the price is right, I will not hesitate to go back here.

This hotel is located close to the train station and right around the corner of the main street. There are many shops, restaurants, fast food chains close by so perfect location!

Our room was quite small but still comfy. Only probably we had with the room was the shower, it was incredibly small. Once you stand inside you cannot really move around otherwise you will either turn the shower off or get burnt when your skin touches the hot metal tap!

Although around Nice station is very busy we didn't really hear much noise from our room. It was spacious enough, with a very clean en suite. We stayed with our 10 month old baby and she was provided with a very clean travel cot. They let us use the fridge to put her baby milk in. We took our own travel kettle as the room didn't have one.
I would definitely stay here again - it's literally 100 metres from the station, clean with friendly staff.

Arrived in Nice at 10pm in the high of summer without a hotel booking, having checked online a few hours earlier and found nothing. We found this hotel around 5 minutes from the train station, and for only 80 euro had a room for the night.
Checkin was very quick, and the staff friendly. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor which had three single beds in it, which could be pushed together if you wanted. Quiet room, had air con and was clean. The bedding had old marks on them, but had definately been cleaned. Provided with soap and shampoo, although toiletries packs were available for purchase from the reception. The room also had a balcony.
5 minutes walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the main shopping district, 15 minutes to the old town and beach or 2 minutes by tram located on the doorstep of the hotel.

All very reasonable for 80 euro's in Nice, at the high of summer, at the last minute. Would definately recommend it for someone on a budget but still wanting something comfortable.
