Easy to get to from airport using No. 98 bus. Get off at Hotel Ruh/Casino on Rue de Anglais. Location of hotel is excellent with trams (5 mins walk) buses ( close) Train station 2 tram stops away. Room clean, comfortable beds - bedding very clean, sheets and blankets not duvets. Room had big window which opened onto small balcony. Did not use air conditioning. Carpets had stains but was otherwise clean. Shower worked well. Lift worked. Excellent location for shops, patisserie, supermarket, cafes etc. Breakfasts basic, yoghurt, fresh rolls, tea coffee available from 7.30a.m. until 10.30a.m. For the rate paid this hotel gave excellent value. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Only one advice for owners: stay away from Russian tourists.

Never never never ever book a room at this hotel. 4 couples have been robbed in the last days and thousands of Euro's and Jewelery has been stolen and the hotel claims not to be responsible and does not take any action.

All couples had locked their goods in the safe or in special cases with locks. When they left for the beach they left their door keys at the reception and upon return to the room their goods had been stolen.

The hotel is the only one who has access to the rooms when people are away. Please be wise and never book a room at this hotel because they can not guarantee your safety of valuable goods.

Their service is not good and on behalf of very upset people i write this warning.

This hotel is very dirty , and the rooms are smelling horrible. Everything is very old and for that I paid a lot.
