The room and hotel was mostly clean, although a bit dated in some areas. There was some mold on the ceiling in the entry area in our room. The location was excellent for the price, and was just a few blocks away from the beaches. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the kitchen/cafe for breakfast was on our floor, so there was no snoozing after 6:00 am. The breakfast was very nice and had lots to choose from.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel which is 2 minutes away from the Boardwalk.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and plenty of restaurants downstairs.
A supermarket is right next door.

Hotel was clean,neat and efficiently run. Rooms comfortable and clean. Hotel situated next to a very handy supermarket and across the road from a bakery. Shops, old town, and beach were nearby. Noise was not a problem inside or outside the hotel for us. Katerina at the reception desk was friendly and helpful as we were having parking problems. Although she couldn't do anything to help, she was understanding. Due to a large size people mover which could not fit into an underground park it took 3 hours of constant driving for my husband to find a car spot. BE WARNED...this is Nice. Breakfast not included but price was reasonable for a centrally located city hotel.

We stayed three nights at this hotel and found it an ideal base for exploring Nice, within close proximity to the pedestrian areas and old town. Our room on the first floor was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was included in our room price and we were able to sit out each day on the first floor garden terrace which was most enjoyable. The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly to us.
