I stayed here as part of a conference held in Cannes. The location is veyr convenient for the train station and the beach and amenities are very close (although I didn't see much of them myself).
The room served a purpose, clean and tidy enough - the bathroom facilities were in line with the minimum that you'd expect. I found the staff very helpful (they printed some documents that I needed). Breakfast was nothing special, but again, satisfactory (although the coffee was not good).
From my point of the view, it seemed pretty expensive (this is probably due to it being a busy week for local tourism due to a large exhibition.
Room Tip: Some of the rooms are quite small so beware
