This hotel was very welcoming and the staff extremely helpful. It is in a quiet street, yet within a very short walk of the seafront and shops. The pool area was very relaxing! The breakfast was very generous and tasty simple lunches are available. The bedrooms were rather small and old fashioned, but the beds were so comfortable and with the blackout blinds it was a good night's sleep.

My mom, sister, and I stayed here in the middle of June. Comparatively, it was a nice place, but compared to the 5 stars next door it seems a little old. The staff was extremely friendly and quick to help anyone. They don't have many food choices and the drinks were made with too much alcohol, but we still had fun lying out by the pool. The rooms were fairly clean, but still felt slightly dirty, probably because the hotel feels old, and the bathrooms are tiny. The Internet is free; you just have to be in a spot where you can get it. The town of Juan Les Pins is a lot of fun with lots of restaurants and some great shopping. There are beaches nearby, but they are really for the big hotels on the coast. It did look like you could pay to use them for a day though, but the pool and chairs at the hotel worked well enough for lying out. This place is a fairly good deal for the money.

stayed 5 nights here very relaxing freindly staff great loation if you want 5 star its not for you but if you want clean rooms great location and pool area its good value no lift for 3 floors only drawback would go back for sure

We stayed at Hotel Juan Beach for 7 days. The hotel is very close to the centre of Juan Les Pins where there are plenty of shops, bars and resturants. The beach is a 5 min walk away and there is a park even closer.
The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool area was very peaceful. It is set away from the main roads in a quieter area of the resort. The hotel provides beach towels for the pool area which was an added bonus! The owners speak good english and are able to provide bus and train time tables to various resorts.
Juan Les Pins is a lively resort with lots of neon lights and loud music. The resturants are always busy in the evenings so make sure you book a table earlier in the day. Many of the resurants quickly seat you at a table then, as they are so busy, leave you for quiet some time before taking your order. As soon as you've finished they are quick to get you out and the next people in. The better resturants are by the beach. We ate at the pirate resturant which was quieter, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent!
Antibes is a short train or bus journey away which is a much nicer resort I would definately recommend a visit. We also caught the train to Cannes which was cheap however, the last train back was cancelled and therefore we had to get a taxi which was not so cheap. You can also get a boat to St Tropez.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Juan Beach but would not return to the resort as it is too commercialised for our liking.
