We stayed here for four nights at the start of our honeymoon. We had a room with a balcony, but it was at the side facing other buildings so we didn't use it.
We loved the pool area, spent most of two of our days there. The bar area is also nice. Didn't eat at the hotel at all as there are many restaurants in the Juan-les-Pins town centre a few minutes walk away through the park. The hotel does a few light lunch options and breakfast. It's a good location as it is very close to the town but there is no noise from it (we were there over a weekend). The staff were friendly.
The room was quite small (but had the essentials), and there isn't a lift, we were on the second floor. We got there from Nice airport using bus 250 (get off at stop La Regence), which runs regularly and is actually a coach. Stops about a mile away - ideal for the able bodied with suitcases with extending handles.
We had a good stay, mainly due to the pool (weather was great).
There are beaches in the town, mainly owned by the attached restaurants, loungers about €10-15 per day, and a small public area. I would recommend a day trip to Monaco, about an hour by train from Juan-les-Pins.
