We stayed in this small hotel with about 10 roomes, every room is different and decorated with character. The staff is very helpfull, I could even use their computer!
The only downside of our room was the small bed, only 140 cm, so we had to "fight" for the blankets from time to time...
It is situated right in the center but still quiet. Officially 2* but it is actually easily 3*.
(Parking for cars I believe EUR 5, motorbike was free of charge)

Myself and the good lady had a wonderful 3 nite stay in May 2011. As we arrived on our motorcycle the lady in charge came out to greet us and instructed us to park bike in front of her car in a safe place. Oh and it was free. She was a wonderful lady and with her very limited English and our limited French we got on a treat. The hotel is very clean, the beds were very comfortable just the job. Overall very good would reccomend to any one althou the stairs mite be a bit of a task for some. May I also reccomend a bar on the front called Brasserie Vou Zemoi very good great beer and great food and very friendly thanks boys had a good time.

After reading the reviews we decided on this hotel and for location and comfort we were pleased with our choice. Quaint, traditional hotel, we had a friendly welcome from the owner, we were two hours earlier than the check in time but she checked to make sure the rooms were ready, which they were and gave us the keys. Rooms were adequate in size. The beds were really comfortable and clean with crisp white sheets. We couldnt fault the cleanliness, and the maid came in each day to clean. Clean towels daily and everything you needed,There is a safe in each room which is always good to have. Breakfast is 6 Euros and you have to book it the night before, it is a continental consisting of fruit juice, coffee, croissant, yoghurt, crusty bed and a selection of jams, which was worth the money.
We took a bus from Nice Airport to the Train station and then got on the train, which takes you into Juan Les Pins, that cost 8 Euros per person, takes about an hour in all.
When you arrive in Juan Les Pins, the road directly opposite is Avenue du Docteur Fabre, that is the street where La Marjolaine is, it is literally a few metres walk which was ideal. Location is excellent, all the bars and restaurants are a very short walk from the hotel, as is The Eden Casino if you like a flutter.
We used the train a fair bit as it is cheap and so easy, we visited Cannes, it is a very pretty journey along the coast.
We really enjoyed our stay at The Marjolaine and would definitly stay there again if we go back to Juan les Pins.

I had previously stayed in this hotel in 1965 when, on my first trip abroad I attended the Jazz Festival. In going back after 45 years I feared I might be disappointed but I was not. The hotel is charming and very well situated close to the beach, the pinede and the shops and boutiques. The street is quiet and the secure car park is a bonus. The decor is old- style Provencal and I would recommend the hotel to anyone who dislikes the anonimity of larger hotels.
